My son has a friend who has no support and is homeless. I do not believe drugs are involved. He is living in a van and has no driver's license. Both his parents are deceased as well as his grandparents. How can I help him?

Helping him get his driver's license is what I would at least help him do for him and if u can or if u were able to do it for him even.

We can also get him in contact with the city social workers.

Drugs were involved sadly. He’s gone now. We’re taking care of his dog he loved so much.
