Great park for the doggies to just run and get around. Smell is terrible and there is dirt everywhere, definitely do not after any rain or even the morning dew. There a few poorly behaved dogs but for 9/10 they are great with great parents.

Zero, my pitbull, used to LOVE this place before he passed away from cancer. He made so many friends and played his heart put. Took Nadia, my lil chihuahua, and she was shy. She enjoyed being off leash in the small dog area, made a few friends and sniffed to her hearts content. She had a great day at bark park.

Good place to walk the dog before, during and after going for a walk around TeWinkle Park. Not a large dog park, relatively speaking, with the large green space park nearby. Though the park is a good use of available space. I liked the fencing of sections for the small and large dogs. Entry’s are tapered off and secure, so owners have more control at the gates. There’s a park restroom nearby, shared with the skatepark.

Isn't there a community group that supports the Costa mesa bark park? If so, does anyone have information on how to contact the group?

The local aspca goes there and sets up a booth. But been going there for awhile and never heard of anything.

My husband took our two dogs yesterday and to his surprise there were no water fountains or drinking stations for them!? How is this possible?

I have low expectations of public parks but in any event, I always take my own dog water. First world problem, solved.
