From the first interaction in store to delivery, they provided IMPECCABLE service. It blew me away. We had a couple of issues and when we reached out, they responded quickly and scheduled a solution for us right away. So thorough and went above and beyond. Not to mention the outdoor Parsons table we got and 4 Aruba chairs were beautiful and just what we wanted. I could not recommend them more. Super impressed by R&B all around, I can't wait to shop with them again.

A good place to go of the online site leaves you with any questions or concerns. Storefront is not that big, but has enough stock to give confidence in buying expensive furniture online. Room & Board will customize just about any of their large selection.

This location is on the smaller scale compare to the one in Culver City. They don't have a full lineup of their furniture here. If you're looking to see showrooms of most of their products, go to the one located in Culver City. Overall, its always inspiring walking through Room & Board and dreaming of their furniture. Its one of those brands you can put your trust into without later regretting the quality or purchase. Their customer service is always professional as well.

Thank goodness this furniture store exists. It's a wonderful combination of gorgeous, high-quality modern furniture and truly exceptional customer service. Everyone who works here, down to the delivery guys, is incredibly pleasant, courteous, and professional. We keep looking elsewhere but always end up coming back here because nobody can beat the quality, aesthetic, and service for the price.

Yes, we offer free fabric and leather swatches and $25 material samples. Our $25 samples come with free shipping both ways, and once returned to us, the cost is refunded.

Small accessories and select furniture items always ship free via UPS. Look for the free shipping icon when shopping online. Return UPS shipping is also free on these items. Our full-service delivery for furniture is $79 for unlimited items per trip, anywhere in the contiguous United States. Return delivery for furniture is also free.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and understand it can take a few days to a few weeks to know if your new items will work for you. We encourage you to make a return or exchange in a timely manner because damaged, worn or altered items may be refused or result in an adjustment to your refund. We don't charge a fee for canceling items, even custom items or items made just for you. We don't charge a delivery fee for returns or exchanges within the 48 contiguous states. However, original delivery charges are not refundable.

Partial payment does not apply to items shipped via UPS, tax or fees. If all items in your order are in stock and ready for delivery, full payment is collected during check out.
