From the first interaction in store to delivery, they provided IMPECCABLE service. It blew me away. We had a couple of issues and when we reached out, they responded quickly and scheduled a solution for us right away. So thorough and went above and beyond. Not to mention the outdoor Parsons table we got and 4 Aruba chairs were beautiful and just what we wanted. I could not recommend them more. This location is on the smaller scale compare to the one in Culver City. They don't have a full lineup of their furniture here. If you're looking to see showrooms of most of their products, go to the one located in Culver City. Overall, its always inspiring walking through Room & Board and dreaming of their furniture. Its one of those brands you can put your trust into without later regretting the quality or purchase. Their customer service is always professional as well.

Everyone who works here, down to the delivery guys, is incredibly pleasant, courteous, and professional.
