Yes, Walmart its just a few miles down the road on 601 going towards Mt. Airy. There is also a Dollar General when you turn left on 601 going towards Dobson it's the next left on 601.
The Sheets down the road is also a good stop!

About three miles from campground is Walmart, and Food Lion is aprox. six mi., also a Dollar General about two m.
Within 4 to 7 minutes from the park. Not very far at all. Plus there are several restaurants as well. Enjoy!
