Clean, comfortable and adequate. Bathroom was small but okay. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. I would have liked a comfort height toilet, a TV guide, and a USB for charging our phones. But it was a good place to rest.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with a tasty breakfast buffet and decent pool and workout facility. The only negative we experienced was the walls are extremely thin. We could hear everything going on in the halls, elevator, and nearby rooms.

Beds were horribly uncomfortable. I told the morning front desk staff when we checked out about our experience. She first acted like it wasn’t a big deal, and then said we could’ve switched rooms. Switching rooms when we arrived at 1am wouldn’t have solved anything, especially if all the rooms have terrible beds.

Got here , checked in! Was carry stuff to the room,they seen my dog! It’s a $50.00 fee non-refundable!!! (Can’t take cash for that)I was floored the only reason I choose this hotel is says it is pet-friendly! The room was already $130.00 a night I will not return to the holiday inn anywhere!
