I would rate it a standard shopping experience. The store is always clean and well stocked. BUT there is never a sales person on the floor to help with questions etc. This would be an improvement.

Have been trying to locate one of the new grey tool carts. Seemed most stores were out that I called. I contacted the Mt Airy store and was told by Michael that they had 5 in stock. I said great everyone else is out. I told him to please be sure he had one because I was driving 70 miles from Greensboro. He assured me that it was unlikely to sell all 5 in the next day or so. I felt that I could not take that chance so I had a co-worker make the drive to pick one up for me. After arriving he was told that all 5 of the boxes were sold and they didn't have another box in any color for sale. I told him to speak to the manager since Michael had already left for the day and to see if they would sell a floor model at full price or give us some form of compensation. A very reasonable request I thought considering we had 140 mile round trip for nothing. After speaking with the manager who was very rude and hateful to say the least would not sell a floor model nor would she help in any possible way. She is the pure definition of "non-manager material". Regardless I understand they were out but every employee including the manager should all be on the same page. They had no regards to the situation at all. She could care less. Needless to say I would never return to this store under the current management for any reason.

The store is clean and well organized. I was greeted upon entry which was nice. At checkout, it was awkward as they had to call to the back for the order. It took a while to get the associates in the back but eventually it worked out. Folks were in line behind me and it seemed I was holding up the line but it wasn't me. The associate should have took my payment, addressed the back staff and continued helping customers.

Yes. But if you pay with debit card they round off to the next dollar. Just think how much free money they are getting
