Whether wheel chair service to move from car (Road point) to bus point available?

If you're taking Amtrak, they have redcap service available. Ask at the Amtrak window. A person will transport you via golf cart to the train.

There isn't wheelchair transfer service and there aren't that many people on staff. However, there are ramps at the offloading spot which is located in the front. The bus docks are located all around the perimeter of the station, and easily and quickly accessible from the waiting area inside the ARTIC.

I visited once and the facilities are modern but can't remember about the service you are looking for.
