There's (too small) a parking lot right across from the museum. There is lots of street parking along Camino del Mar / Lincoln Blvd, but it fills up really fast. A few spots behind the museum as well, but as everyone says, getting a free space anywhere can be tricky. Several handicap spaces, also usually taken. Muni bus stops right in front.
