Bad...there’s white lines painted all over the parking lot!

Parking is available throughout the Presidio and is metered, paid parking throughout the park. As of May 2, 2018 parking fees are as follows: The Main Post parking lot is the largest and most convenient parking lot, located in front of the museum, across the Main Post Parade Ground. The rate here is $1.80 per hour or $9 for the whole day on weekdays, $2.10 per hour or $9.50 for the whole day on weekends. Parking is free after 6pm. Access to this lot is by Lincoln Boulevard and Graham Street. There is limited parking on Montgomery Street parking, located directly in front of museum's main entrance. The rate here is $2.10 per hour, 3 hour limit, every day from 8am to 6pm. Parking is free after 6pm.

We took a bus in, it was easier than parking.

There are some meters along the street but also a large self pay lot in the middle between the green spaces. Wasn't too expensive, considering.
