The park is closed when the sun goes down. But, they do have starry night walks, but I have no idea when. But only a few starry night walks, so check with them.
Anywhere in the park would make a great spot since the ambient light is very low. But they close the park at about 5 i believe. But the entire area is low in ambient light. Find an empty field and go for it.
