The road leading up to the trail has no sidewalk, you have to park on Lake Hollywood & Wonderview and walk up this road (beware of cars), then step around the pipe gate where the road's blocked. You would have to lift the stroller up over the curb and get it around the side of the gate. The pavement ends about fifty feet past the gate, then it's gravel. You could still be able to take a stroller to where the road ends and look at the view, though it's a bit bumpy. (The road actually continues to the left but has another gate, and the pedestrian opening to the left side is probably too tight for a stroller. Plus, the road is washed out about a half mile down, and is hazardous at that point.) Make your own decision about the stroller.
Pretend it's the end of times and you have to carry your child uphill in his or her stroller to survive. Otherwise, don't bring the stroller.
You could probably take it up to where the bridge is at, but past that I would not recommend.
Consider taking a dog instead. Seriously.
It'd be nearly impossible. It's all up hill, rocky, and quite steep. I would not recommend it.
