Undoubtedly one of the most beautiful places to visit in Los Angeles. Worth every ounce of the hike. This trail is connected to ultimately — many other trails but if you start here it will take you to the Hollywood sign or behind it (Mt. Lee Trail). It’s my favorite view of the city —- I recommend going early morning or near sunset hours as hiking in the daytime can get hot. The lighting is also exceptional during sunrise and sunset. If you’re in the LA area, definitely come out to the trail and make it one of your must-go’s!!

I like Brush Canyon Trail, it's a much less traveled trail to reach Griffith Park. The views aren't as good as the best Griffith Park ones, but I'm sure you will still enjoy the hike. There is a small playground and a parking lot just before the trail entrance and a porta potty. If you don't drive, like me, then getting to the trailhead is a bit of a trek. It's a mile and half on Canyon Dr from Franklin Ave.

2.5 hrs out and back to the viewpoint just below the Hollywood sign. Nice views of the city along the way. Not much shade. Dogs allowed on leash. Lots of people.
Bee’s Adventures
Took a small hike there and walked up on then trail rocks it was a good workout I never knew there was a cave it was closed I don’t know for how long .

No, it takes most people about 3 hours roundtrip. More time if you're going slower or aren't in great shape, quicker if you're very fit.
No sir
Yes it is open until 6 pm, please bring a mask, water with you and enjoy the trail.
Not sure I'm thinking no bc i had ti be right there in the neighborhood to get a good look at it
The stroller would have to have mammoth wheels as there are a lot of stones, uneven dirt, etc. I think the child would have a very uncomfortable ride.plus walking up hill is hard enough and pushing a stroller would make it even more tough
Thier is a gate if no cars inside gates will close. If you park outside and are still inside past sunset you have some time still but would not risk it as night animals will start to come out.
Yes, not raining hard but bring warm jacket.
