Packed.. find parking in surrounding neighborhoods but you will have a bit of a walk.
On hot days like this it will be packed..parking will be scarce..but you will definitely get your steps in for the day
Depends on the season but generally in the summer or on warmer days during the rest of the year the lot is packed full by 10am.
if it's not too much of a wait to get in and out of the lot, you can drop off some people and beach gear while/waiting looking for a spot, when that fails go looking on streets..
