Don't have too high of your expectations. The flight of stairs ends at a small observation deck with an angle view of the cave for pictures. I was for some reason expecting that I could walk closer to the cave opening. The stairs going down are quite the adventure though. Highlight of the experience. Price was $10/adult, $6/children. The wait in line was about 30 minutes for us.

Cool place to visit. There were a ton of people when we went and not much room in the cave so everyone was pretty much lined up to take a picture and then go back up the stairs.

I wouldn’t go again. The stairs were the best part of the experience. The line was pretty big and took almost 30 minutes to get to the front, & $10 per person to go down and see a small cave with an opening to the ocean just didn’t seem worth it after. Once you get to the bottom, there are a few other families as well so there’s not always a great opportunity to take pictures, and there is a little bit of pressure to get out of the way because a bigger line will form. The pictures don’t come out great either so I wouldn’t count on taking quality photos, unless they are of the opening to the ocean alone. Any attempt to take a photo of someone with the ocean to their back will not work due to the lighting, but that is not why I gave the 2 stars. Just a bit disappointing considering the big hype on the place. Better off going off the trail right by the store to the cliffs and taking pics there. Good shots and a great view of sea life and birds all around.

The gift shop is nice. The cave has not much to explore, one long tunnel going down which ends on an observation deck. I actually like the little pools and formations by the end of the tunnel better.

No elevator. Lots of stairs and straight up on way out. Would be difficult for someone if not in good walking health
Unsure if dogs are explicitly disallowed, but the stairs down are numerous and slick and the viewing area at the bottom is not large, so I'd say no.
It's pretty dark in there already, the minimum lights are for safety
