The park needs to be completely renovated and redesigned with 2 tier parking area . Due to the growth of San Diego more parking must be added .The landscaping remove the dead trees n shrubs . Replace the ugly grey cement walk ways with cobble stone

More parking is needed for sure, but I don't know how that would be possible without destroying the neighborhood views of the beach.
