Do you guys ever do parking lot races like in the goog ol' days? R/C road racing is dead in San Diego. I'd love to do a modern F1 build, but where to race? Help, you're road racing's only hope!

I'm looking for sum racing as well... finally got my hpi up to 80 mph but speed control went out that same day...

From the way it looks on Google, it seems Vertex is all about drifting. But who knows? Maybe they have "grip" days. (When the whole drifting craze happened, I was at the first D1 Grand Prix event in the U.S. at Irwindale, and I met "The Drift King" Keiichi Tsuchiya, and got my "Drift Bible" signed [most millennials were in diapers😆]...anyway, everyone used to talk about 'grip' or 'drift' when it comes to how their cars were set up)
