My neighbors dogs wont stop barking. They start around 730am til 9-10pm every day. I've already spoken to them and made them aware of the situation( 2 weeks ago) and they still don't take care of the issue. Can I call Saaca to come talk to them?

Dont think they have the authotity to do anything but pick up stray dogs & cats. Call your local police NON EMERGENCY # and ask them who to complain to,,hope it works out for you

I believe you will have to call the los angeles animal shelter on garfield in downey they take care of that type of matter.
