They took my little dog,Rocky.I have to pay $150+ to get him back,even if I bring papers that we own him.Why do we have to pay for something we already paid for?

Well people dont realized how much shelters do. Shelters are called shelter for a reason! Atlease your animal was not in the street running around causing car accidens or maybe getting hit by a car. Atlease you got Roxky alive sometimes we dont realized that everything cause for a reason. To keep a place open you need money to keep open to provide services.
