While I understand that you're Cleary upset, it might be best to go into the actual office if you can't find the correct number to call. Maybe if you could be a little more understanding that these men and women work tirelessly 10-12 hours 6 sometimes 7 days a week away from their loved ones so you can get your "important" mail, maybe they'll be a little bit more understanding of your bad attitude 😉
We know. That's not the service we're talking about here.There's the other kind, too. I worked in the postal service. This is about deliveries left out away from the parcel boxes--or even in mailbox room-- often on floor at main public entrance to building. And "Fragile This Side Up" upside down, sideways, and even broken on lobby floor not in mail room, where the parcel delivery boxes are. Sure, the lazy carrier probably didn't break any items-- but had she/he done the job and delivered to the boxes, our post would be safe, as it works when job is correctly done. Incidently, our postmaster has been made aware by several over a long time, and after two days' persistent attempts to be reached on the phone, said that he was already aware and trying to address the problem.. So, Michelle, it really isn't a "bad attitude" issue. Maybe yours.
