They wear masks, sanitizer pump and masks available at the door, they have the desks set up so social distancing is easily obtainable. Phones are sterilized if anyone needs to handle them. They are incredibly safe!
No they dont phone repairs in the store, that would be any Verizon. 3rd party companies will do it for a fee. Also the apple stoe does them.
Go to apple store. They are $29 to have them replace it through the end of this year. If they mess up your phone they owe you a new one.
