No not currently. They only offer what's called Hannaford To Go where you can do your grocery shopping online and pay, then to be picked up. They'll have you sign for the purchase and will bring out the groceries and load them in your vehicle for you. Last i knew they either offered $5 off the first purchase (there's a fee for the service) or they wave the fee for the first time.
They have a plan that you call in and make an order. Then you can drive in and they will put in you're car but I don't think they deliver.
No, but Instacart will home deliver groceries in Westbrook.
I recently did see a poster at SHAWS on outer Congress st. which said they have home delivery.
No they don't have one yet.
