I received the car promised. The SUV had all the bells and whistles, but the downside was it had no owners manual to look at all the diff. functions. I hunted for 15 min. trying to find the defroster and the heating source which was in an area I wouldn't have thought of. Overall, it was a good experience.

Car from Maine had "low tire pressure", was told it was probably due to cold weather. Never cleared. About 150 miles from destination, heat shield became loose and dragged on the road. Luckily we had a bungee and was able to baby it. Called Enterprise and they said to go to the Airport for a new vehicle. Woman at the counter appeared frustrated that we didn't call roadside assistance and said she didn't have any vehicles and that we would probably have to pay. NOPE!!!! She ended up saying "Here, take this, I need to get rid of it." We went from a Honda Civic to a Chevy Tahoe. Hmmm.....we still had about 1500 miles of our trip to go. Monday morning we called the local Enterprise, there are 4 in Wilmington, and was told they had a vehicle for us. We got there at the expected time to be told that they had nothing!! Moved onto the next location. Was told to come back at noon and they would have something. So after about a total of 8 hours of wasted vacation time we were given our 3rd vehicle in 3 days. We're still in a Pandemic right????? The last 2 vehicles were disgusting!! Potato chips in the vents, dirt, sand dust, hair......just to name a few. We wiped down all vehicles with Clorox wipes which were black when we were done. We made it home after about 3000 miles. I'll leave the decision up to you.
