Unfortunately I missed getting to the office before they closed. Not that I could have entered the building because it is closed for the time being due to the pandemic. They are doing business by phone, email, fax and possibly some other way that I don't remember. This is an extremely slow process and you need to take it with quite a few grains of salt. I did call several times today, but I was connected to numerous voicemail boxes and I left 4 or 5 messages. I will also be emailing them tonight. One person who works there, Jan, has been very helpful when we spoke. One other employee that I have spoken to and exchanged emails with, not so much. I understand that the pandemic has impacted businesses to varying degrees so I know that some of this is beyond their ability to control. They could really use some extra help in their office and, I'm sure, help in all of the other Housing Authority offices and in most state run offices and programs. If you have a pleasant disposition, possess patience, are caring and empathetic, and have a desire to help others then maybe working in the Housing Authority is for you? Go ahead and apply!

I’m not happy with smelling cigarette smoke every time I open my window.

Even one is too high. Liza Harmon Drive location does not respect the flag, bed bugs aren't properly treated and staff is rude!

Don’t blame you have the same issue open on section 8 waitlist for over six years. And it is quite ridiculous to be honest and I am disabled myself
