Do your homework. We've been Costco tire customers for years, but we must speak up and say their services have dropped in quality of care and their wait times for following services are pretty long, even when doing your shopping while waiting. Our front and rear tires run different pressures. EVERY TIME we come in for a rotation they forget to set the tire pressure correctly, so we have to return because they use green gas vs air. Since they cannot do a simple task of checking pressures, I question what else slips. Also, on our last appointment to the Raleigh location, after about an hour of shopping, the tire shop called me to tell me they couldn't get to our vehicle. The shop manager told me they were too busy and asked me to come back another day. We live an hour away. When I was upset at his request he blamed me for coming at a busy time of day. I reminded him we made an "APPOINTMENT" like we always do, using their online system. It was still our fault. Customer Care is slipping
