The team at Murrays is excellent & very attentive! Outstanding customer service & GREAT PRICES!!! They have a temp controlled waiting room, vending machine & coffee. The restroom is very clean as well. They even have a covered outdoor seated area for those that prefer outside. The techs come get you & take care of you from A to Z. Any type of car can get right here. I have 2 Mercedes-Benz's & a Hyundai. The prices don't change! LOVE THAT! Nitrogen in both MB's @$10 a tire with a year warranty! Man you can't beat that!

Updated 6/11: Took my Toyota in for a wheel alignment, Gary the owner is amazing! The technician explained the repairs needed, showed me the parts to be replaced. Excellent price, Excellent customer service, great value!❤️ I am a customer for life!!! Excellent customer service, purchase 2 used tires and the tech took the time to make sure I was happy with my choices. Great price and a bottle of water. Not a bad day.

When I say top tier, I truly mean it! My car broke down in Raleigh, they recommended someone to tow it. They did everything they could to make us feel welcomed and comfortable until we got my car running again. From the time I arrived till the time I left I was amazed. The staff was great, the management was great. They offer refreshments and a loaner car if you are expected to be there a long time. Every person there was so caring. True and honest ran business! And in this industry that is so hard to find! If I didn't live in another city hours away, this would be the only place I would ever take my car again. I couldn't have been more blessed to find such a great place in such a hard time!

Excellent and prompt service. Everyone I came in contact with was super helpful and respectful. It's a large place, so even though it looks really busy, they work very efficiently to service vehicles in a timely manner. The service technician who worked on my vehicle took time to explain the service performed and provided a computer generated print out of diagnostics. I didn't leave feeling like I had been had or bamboozled. I will be returning with my other vehicles when they need service. Super satisfied!
