Outstanding service and staff. In the middle of a road trip I had an issue with my vehicle, causing my AC to stop working in 90 degree heat — my luck! Joel was incredibly professional from beginning to end, not to mention he was kind enough to show me the exact issue. He repaired my vehicle in no time at all and I was back on the road. I highly recommend this location. Five stars.

April 2022. PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW! Not consistent and reliable with their customers' needs. Unorganized! Low attentiveness. Bad climate control in there waiting room, (when it's cold or hot outside, you will feel it inside, as well 🥶🥵). Now here's my story>> 📜 This was not my first visit to this store location. In April of 2022 I called and made another appointment and relaid the exact details as to what I needed checked out, along with my car's scheduled oil change. They were to check my brakes, fluids, and tire tread. When I arrived there was no record of my list of concerns attached to my appointment. I had to then repeat my request. Uhhh After they finished with my car, I discovered that they only did the oil change and the "service manager" acted like he and his techs were unaware of my written requests for the inspections. It was there written on paper! No apologies were given, or do overs were offered, just excuses! Then the"service manager" suggested that I schedule another appointment for them to do these very same inspections. Unbelievable! More time waisted for me. I won't be returning.. Horrible!! My tires where so bad that they put my safety at risk!!! After reading the other reviews it seems to me that it is a hit or miss with this Pepboys location. Some days are good for them and other days are bad. But what we need, as customers is "consistency with reliability". My time, and my money was not valued with this place. It really starts with the leadership there. Unfortunately the current store leadership is not the consistent and reliable presence that we desire and need, as customers. :(

GREAT TEAM! I have used this location for getting new tires, oil changes, tire rotations, tire alignments, etc. They are always get the job done in a timely manner. Everyone on the team is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this location.

I think some do have towing, but not all locations.
Yes, it’s a Pep Boys Tire and Service Center with mechanics for your car but you can’t just buy parts or products for self-service here.
It’s not closing. It is open for an oil change, repairs and for new tires but you can’t buy parts or products directly for self-service.
I went to this location to check on an alignment. I went to the counter and the young man behind the counter seemed to be in his on little world. I could see other employees in the work area but I waited around 5-7 minutes until I finally approached the gentleman on what I needed. Once I explained to him what I needed he stated that he did not even work back there and he would get some one. I waited about another 3-4 minutes and finally the guess it was a store manager or someone if that nature showed up. I explained to him what I needed and said it would take about and hour. I said ok let's do it. The employee said let him check on if it could be done right then and he went into the work area. I stood in the counter area waiting for about 5 minutes or so and never saw the employee again. I finally told the other customer in the area to have a good day as I got tired if waiting for the lack of customer interaction or acknowledgement. Bad bad experience with pep boys that day!!!!!
They have different brands and carry a cheap version and an expensive version. Example a 2 year free replacement battery or 5 year free replacement. So does AutoZone and Walmart.. Honestly. The $100 battery at AutoZone or Walmart is better. Yo
