This is the 2nd discount tire I've visited because the one in cary has messed up every single visit. Turns out this one does too. Went to put air in today cause all 4 are low on the same day (huh what's the least common denominator?) And turns out they lost one of my stem caps and replaced it with a random "nf" branded one. I'm so tired of these 2nd rate shops expecting a customer to never look at their own car. Like I wouldn't notice?

Paid $140 for a brand new tire plus fee of mounting on rim and balancing it. Got tire to car.. weights fell off in my hand. 2 pounds worth of weights.. useless.. i was 7 hours from home. Very disappointing that I am female and even I know to clean a rim so weights stick. Attention to detail needs to be taught. Now 7 hours away... I have to pay to get my tire rebalanced because Fayetteville Discount Tire had no issue sending me on a 7 hour drive with an unbalanced tire. Do better..... so veterans like me aren't stranded because of poor work.

Went here to get my back driver side tire checked out because it was leaking. They checked all of the tread on my tires and found a nail in it. They patched it for free! Will definitely be back great service

This review is about a failure in efficiency. This location claims that they strive to complete appointments in 1 hr. After experiencing multiple visits with an appointment I no longer bother. Today all I needed was a tire rotation. This location has 4 bays and about 12 people on staff. Regardless it seems interesting to me that with the working time for a tire rotation being around 15 mins this wouldn’t be a 2 hour ordeal, but after waiting for 2 hours I was told it would be another 45 mins with appointments coming in. You offer the free rotation for customer retention, so why would I ever return after an experience like this? Was i quoted 2 hours just to keep me there? Did they know it would take longer and just figured I’d be okay waiting 3 hours for a 15 minute tire swap? It’s okay, next time I’ll make an appointment. However it seems your walk-in policy should be reviewed.

I did not have an appointment, I pulled up and told them I had a low tire warning in my car. They came out, evaluated it, everything was done in about an hour. You can go online to discount tire and schedule an appointment.
You can check on their website.
