I told them what i thought the issue was and they scheduled me to drop my car off at 8am and never looked at it. Its now 2pm and it still hasnt been looked at. The lady says i need to take it to garner because of what i told her. Im sure the customers tell you all the time what they think the issue is but as the professional i expect you to hook up or jack it up and look at the car to do an official diagnostic. The lady was very rude and grabbed the phone and offered to call the manager. I agreed to call the manager and she put the phone down and tried to write the number down for me. The whole thing didn't make since, I will never go to this place again.

I am so impressed with this place and management. I had a slow leak in a tire and had been told there was some dry rot. I was prepared to replace 2 or 4 tires if needed when I came in for my appointment. Howard the manager showed me the early evidence of dry rot but advised that it was not enough to replace any of my tires yet. They found a small screw in the leaky tire and patched it. No charge. Wow! I really love the honesty and integrity of this store and will definitely return for service and for new tires when the time is right.

Appointment booked more than 24hours in advance. Arrived at the scheduled time and was told (and I quote) "You must have booked this late last night." "No it was booked earlier." "Well if you had called I would have told you my guy leaves at 3." I assume the implication being that I'm supposed to know their schedule isn't the same as what their booking system shows, and that it's my responsibility to call them to re-confirm after they've already confirmed the appointment. Or that despite my showing up on their schedule in the lobby and they knew the service couldn't be performed, they couldn't be bothered to text/call/e-mail to let me know before I took time away from my work to drive in. I've been using NTB for years (since before the Tire Kingdom buyout) and unfortunately this will be the last visit.

Helpful service. Made sure I understood what was going on with my car and why it was delayed. I only gave it 3 stars because it needed to be cleaned. Reasonably priced. I would recommend their service.
