A DA would not file a charge on my son but the judge "Bochart" took it upon herself to add the charge Xs 3? Can she do this?

Yes and regardless of mental evaluations she doesn't pay attention too she knows better than them she doesn't even listen fair only to her real people suffer her 5year added sentences 5years I wonder if she's ever done 1day locked in a cage???? Then maybe I would call her real but good people with mental issues go to jail because there is no good mental help here for counseling none especially from no choice of your own like I had a choice for child abuse.!!!!!!!!! HELP PEOPLE UNDER HER JUDGING. Who's gonna help us
