Judge favors moms rights over dads in my opinion, I have done everything right provided for 6 and a 1/2 years seeing a counselor on my own, take my meds the way I should, have a good, job my own place, drivers license, and transportation. I save her from getting struck by 2 cars because in an argument she jumped out of a moving car and darted to the highway, but she still one the restraining order case Because I grabbed her and carried her to the vehicle and ask her to let me drive her safely to her parents I was in the wrong. Said I was emotionally unstable, Yet she is the one who kept and is keeping me from see my son, she takes the same meds herself, no job, no drivers license or transportation, and collects every state benefit she can. Wasn't even asking for the order to be removed just for weekends or close as I could get to be in my boys life as much as she is because he needs us both.

Update...I fought the law and I won! After two years of sexist cops/judges and dirty attorneys I win. My ex is in prison and I have custody. If you know you are right, keep fighting.
