I thought it was good. I wish they would do the sheet that they check and see what the brakes are and thread depth was. it was nice to see things that they actually check because you could see what they did. Now you do not know what they do. I just think they do not what people to l know what they checked and what the condition of stuff is. You just have to go by what they say. Like my says I need brakes but they do not say if I have to replace right a way. Before you see at the chart and see how much lining you actually had. And you could see other thinks that they checked.

Power Chevrolet’s service department failed in correctly diagnosing issues with our 2015 Buick Encore. They supposedly fixed the issue; however, their faulty diagnoses caused the auto to overheat after being driven less than 100 miles. We had to pay a second mechanic to fix the error. We asked for an adjustment on the bill of over $600 which they refused.

They are efficient, great prices for products, and a calm and enriching atmosphere! Even had a conversation with the lady who cares for the fish in the aquarium/fish tank. Everyone is friendly, smiles, and great personalities. Thankfulness can felt their demeanors even when busy! Thankful indeed!!
