We went to Power Ford in Newport because my husband saw that there was a used 2020 Ascent available. Apparently it was on a different lot but they quickly went out of their way to bring it to Newport so that we could see it in person. After test driving the Ascent, I was immediately sold! Kim didn’t hesitate to get all the information for our trade in and run the numbers. He was amazing from start to finish! Kim really made the car buying experience super easy and relaxing. He was patient with us while my husband and I talked over the options before deciding to officially buy. What a great experience at Power Ford! It was not like the "old days" when you would be at the dealership for hours and hours. The whole process was quick and simple. Signs are posted advising customers too wear masks when I was in earlier this week, plus all employees I saw in customer areas (show room and service waiting room) had masks on.
Sounds right. I came in to get my 12volt plug fixed covered on warranty. They didn’t have my last name down at all, they didn’t listen to me about the history, and the didn’t fix the issue. Then when I called back the next day to say it wasn’t working still, they scheduled me out another week. So I wait another week, and call to verify, and they scheduled it two weeks out and not one. They are in Lala land.
Ford. And have been trying to get one repaired. At chevy. For over a month.
