Twice I have order tried to order through the mobile app for pickup and each time I have been told they don’t have the order in their system. They’re either outright lying or the app is stealing money either way I won’t be ordering from this location anymore. I tried to give them a pass for an undercooked burger that gave me food poisoning before but now I’m done

Does Management even care to make sure the food is fresh? Very disappointing to get food that is old dry and subpar.

Hi I came thru the DT at 12:40 and I ordered t he double cheeseburger 5 dollar box,and I asked for no pickles and mustard, but my sandwich was SLATHERED in mustard and the pickles were in between the two beef patties. I also received no recipt.

It was open when i went through the drive thru lol

Is it a normal thing for the location at 5201 Elkhorn Blvd to serve 4 of the six sliders that's ordered to be served on stale buns and then no receipt from drive thru, that is my experience tonight with that particular location,

I almost always go to the Elkhorn location and have never been disappointed. Tell the manager if not satisfied. I'm sure they will make it right. Improvement can't happen if no one says something.
