Is it a normal thing for the location at 5201 Elkhorn Blvd to serve 4 of the six sliders that's ordered to be served on stale buns and then no receipt from drive thru, that is my experience tonight with that particular location,

I almost always go to the Elkhorn location and have never been disappointed. Tell the manager if not satisfied. I'm sure they will make it right. Improvement can't happen if no one says something.

Take it back if not up to your standards. This one isn't the best, but love Carl Jr. Better in Orangevale.

Customer service and food quality is not high on Carl's Jr list any longer. There was a time several years ago when they were good, but not any more.

Not a fan of the slider. The bun needs to be toasted.

The bun isnt the standard bun. The slider bun is different.
