I don't normally eat Arby's but I decided to go there today. I ordered a large root beer and when the lady gave me my drink I took a sip and it tasted like seltzer water with a hint of root beer like they needed to change the syrup out so I asked the lady nicely if I could have a Dr pepper instead and let her know why. She then told me no they don't take drinks back and it is rootbeer. I asked her again nicely and she gave me a dirty look and got me a Medium Dr pepper.... I guarantee it wouldn't of been an issue to take my drink back and get me a new one ANYWHERE else.

The new Italian roast sandwich really sucks no longer has onion rings nor do they have any BBQ beef sandwiches really sucked the hoagie and too many peppers no where near a real Italian beef sandwich it was terrrible service was great but the food was terrible Arby,s has really went down hill
