I no longer go to carls junior. They get your order wrong they are not helpful. And the food is awful.
Always keep your food and return it to the manager.
Well i was a manager in a Carl's Jr and i made sure my people made it fresh. I think it depends on the manager and who owns it.
Just went their a few weeks ago. The manager was sarcastic and rude for a honest question. NEVER GOING BACK. Gave them several chances.
