Brown tail moth rash How long does it take to run its course with no treatment?

Did you ever figure out what helped??? Me and my 5mo. Old son have both been dealing with a pretty heavy reaction and we need a solution 😭

If u are having an allergic reaction it will cause a fever. My youngest is so allergic that he needed antibiotics and antihistamines and the cream/spray for it bc it won't usually run its course that's how allergic he is though. He was miserable
