Long wait as you'd expect for an urgent care but the PA (Ms. Brown) was simply wonderful to our 5yr old daughter, fun and able to communicate on her level while clearly explaining the issue to us. Tests were done fast on-site and all of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

This is the worst express care center. They have lack common sense. You can't just walk in. I did, and a lady at the front desk asked me to go to my car and call her to pre register. I was put on hold for 25 mins. They were empty inside I was still put on hold.I was going in for my son. He has streptococcus from the best of my knowledge (I have 5 kids). I've been his step father for 11 years and have been his primary care provider for those 11 years. I'm an emergency contact and able to do every dr. Appt known to man for him. They said I don't have permission to take him in without his mom's permision.

Very nice facility and staff. We only had to wait about 20 minutes before meeting the doctor.

I had an unfortunate need to visit the express care in Winthrop. I can not say strongly enough how amazing the service was. The speed and attentiveness was outstanding. Tracey, Dr. Volk and Peggy were top notch. I am very grateful.
