Terrible customer service. Ordered a new civic over the phone with Pat. Said it was scheduled to be available by the end of June. I specifically asked what the chances were of it being on time, he said very likely but not guaranteed (fair enough, they have no control over the factory). However, only AFTER I put my deposit down, and after it had been delayed to late July, did he tell me the car was originally supposed to be available in March. I needed the car to be on time as I was moving away. Neglecting to provide this information changed my buying process and cost me my deposit and quite a bit of time. The car was delayed again to late August recently. He also never reached out with updates, I had to always be the one to initiate conversation (always after the dates of supposed updates he would give me), only to be told it had been delayed again. They have no control over the factory delays. But he absolutely could have told me about the previous delays, and not wasted my time or money. I recently purchased a car from a different dealer, and will never buy from this one again.

I went to trade in my car for a Honda Pilot. Mitha Hall approached us and was very helpful. We were not the easiest customers since we negotiated 4 or 5 times. She was so sweet and helpful! I'm not usually one for leaving reviews but after today I absolutely had to! I had an absolutely amazing experience buying my first new car! I bought a 2022 civic and it was such an easy process I knew what I wanted signed the paperwork and away I went they were truly amazing and easy to work with I couldn't have asked for it to go any better!

Love Charlie's Honda! They are pleasant and will stop @ nothing to make their clientele happy!! My girls love pups and we're pleasantly surprised to see 2 when I got my oil changed!

We are all wearing masks. We have no vehicles in the showroom to allow for better distancing between customers. We sanitize all desks before anyone uses them. We can do the entire sales process outside if desired. Salespeople are not going on tests drives with customers at this time. We also have plexi glass at desks between customers and staff. We don’t use gloves, but we do have them available and would be happy to use them if you’d like.
