Form the first phone call to the install and clean up Rocky's stove shoppe has been a class act. Experience, knowledge and knowhow!!!! Ours request was quite a tall one, 56foot liner two stoves and a clean out. All in a 150 year old building. Talk about pros!!! Our home has been upgraded yet still keeps its original charm. Thank you , none better.

I do not have enough words to describe how wonderful my experience with everyone at Rocky’s Stove Shop has been. When we went to the showroom we had excellent service and knowledge from Rocky himself. He really helped steer me to the right stove and also discussed some of the add on options that I thought I needed and why they may not actually be as beneficial for the cost. The showroom is inviting, well laid out, and even had two sweet pups to greet you at the door. Today was delivery and installation day. The two man team was amazing! They were very efficient, thorough, and gave great attention to detail. Before they left, they answered all of my questions and ensured that I understood how the stove functioned and how to properly break it in. They also provided suggestions and ideas for fixing the chimney that my gas heater vents out of. While they were here working both men were personable, courteous, and a pleasure to be around. I would recommend Rocky’s Stove Shop to anyone in need of a new fireplace, wood, gas, pellet stove or a chimney in need of cleaning or repair.

My wife & I have had two encounters with Rocky’s workmen. Both times the guys were wonderful. In both cases they took time to explain everything in details basis enough for a layman to understand. The first visit was a few dollars more than another stove shop we contacted, but the other company did an incompetent chimney inspection failed to send photos of the chimney so we could turn them into our insurance company which is why we wound up calling Rocky’s. Lesson learned = so cheaper isn’t always better. The showroom is impressive and the office staff are friendly. We are scheduling a third appointment with Rocky’s ( the most expensive project yet). If it isn’t as prefect as the other two, I’ll add a footnote. UPDATE: except for a small paperwork error, the third project went well!

Jeremiah was the technician that came to my house to fix my pellet stove. He showed me the ins and outs of the stove and how to operate it properly as it's my first one and I was totally lost! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everytime I called the office, the receptionist was also very helpful. Thank you so much to Rocky and his awesome team!!
