Hello. I'm following with a pack I sent from new Mexico. Pack tracking tells me that it has been in Anchorage since June 6. When will it reach its final destination - Skagway It's very important that the pack arrives on time. Thanks so much. Dores

Katie thanks for the answer. I did the tracking number thing several times...but the issue is that the package is or has been in Anchorage distribution center since June 6. I called 12 different telephone numbers. The only one answering was the Russian center. I'm trying to contact the distribution center in Anchorage. Thanks for your answer

Need to call the customer service line with your tracking #. They will send a message to the plant to track it specifically. This would be best so that there is a 'paper'trail inquiry on your package. Thank you.
