So I put in my order for the Bad Guys movie and a Mr. Wolf plush and its been a month and I still haven’t received it. Are the losers moving boxes on the lines all hololive fans or something? I can’t remember the last time that FedEx had a respectable workers. Have a nice day.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've called THIRTEEN TIMES in the past week with no answer. Had customer service representatives call and email multiple times the last 3 weeks and NEVER A REPLY! It's like no one works there?? My package has been stuck for basically a month. Ridiculous!

Package was supposed to be here last week. Never showed up. Took off of work to sit at home all day because they said the package was supposed to arrive that day. Never showed up. Had to go to work today, they didn’t leave the package and told me it would come the next day, but I can go pick it up from the facility and the courier would be there at 5. Get there before 5, am told the courier wouldn’t be there until around 6. Oh and the contents were and say were frozen. So I’m sure they are not frozen anymore. These folks are pathetic

Random Act of Kindness: thank you to the person who found and for turning in my lost lanyard with my badge & my avanti card to FedEx security. Thank you to FedEx security and FedEx management/team lead-You eased my way after having anxiety when I just discovered my badge was lost. You all ROCK!!!

You could call them to get an answer from FedEX directly ... or you can go with the public answer option like on here.. Hopefully you will just call them...

They're open between 8am-7pm Mon-Fri. Saturday is 10am-3pm. You should call first, and see when the courier will return to the facility with your package and request they hold it for you to pick up. Then you can go the facility and talk to one of the Customer Service Agents
