The new staff are unprofessional, indifferent & lacking in customer skills. Dr Flores was kind compassionate and professional. Had appointment canceled morning of, never was contacted with new appointment. Had a culture done for ear infection and was never given a quote just a bill for 235.00. Called to pick up prescription was told ready got there and waited 30 minutes without anyone Being able to fill even though was told it was ready, left without. Dr Flores had been our vet for years and he is greatly missed.

Yes they are great with my three Chihuahuas and my kitty. Been going there about 7 years. Highly recommend them

No. And I wouldn't take my animal there ever. DOCTOR FLORES IS NO LONGER THERE! That was a waste of time stress and traumatic for my dog. El Cajon Valley was so good today,. I'll be posting a detailed review 0 star when I pull myself together over this
