Got stuck in the parking lot due to snow and ice, had to call a tow company since the shuttle driver was no help. So after paying over $100 to park it cost another $150 to get out of the parking lot.

Long wait to be picked up. 15-30 minutes. Even longer if your driver is dropping off or picking up airport employees from the employee lot. They don’t plow the park fly ride lot, so you have to trudge through the snow and skate on the ice to get to your car. The drivers offer no assistance with your luggage. So only take what you can manage yourself.

Picked us up right at the truck! Wish I had know they were going to drop us off at an extremely inconvenient place to get our giant bags to the check in, but now we know and will park elsewhere when we have so much luggage.

I've been using this place for years and never had ANY issues. I hope they don't go crazy and eliminate the maximum monthly charge to a daily. If so, then I'll have to stop using them. If you come during major travel times, I suggest you allow at least an extra 20 minutes. At times, there are quite a few people parking and going to airport, and you have to wait while everyone is picked up and their license number and parking spot is confirmed visually. I don't know why they do this, and it seems a bit odd to me, but that is how they do things. An update: the drop off and pick up is now directly across from baggage claim outside in front of the warming house. There was no notice of this and there was no signage, but I asked the driver. Also, there is no posted phone number so you have to keep the phone number in your mobile once you park, or request a business card from the driver before disembarking. If you know these things in advance, everything goes smooth.
