Manager went out of his way to help me out. Friendly and helpful staff working under a frustrating system.

I don't know why they have such a bad rating I have had nothing but excellent service at this post office. Almost no matter how many people there are they still get you in and out in no time at all. They're helpful fast and efficient and open till 11:00 p.m. which is so helpful if you can't make it to the other ones by 6: 00 p.m.

This location stays open longer than any other and has helped me when I needed to ship large totes of dry goods out to my home in rural Alaska. They process a ton of mail, and are overwhelmed much of the time. They have never been rude to me even when it was obvious that they were stressed and tired. I appreciate this USPS location very much!!

Open late. The only Post Office where you can do everything from passports to mailboxes. Unlike other Post Offices this one will have two employees at the counter and generally a third employee for only packages or passports. The issue is that everyone in town knows about this Post Office, so there is always a line. If you see a full parking lot then you'll have a long wait. This Post Office is right next to the Ted Steven's International Airport, so I think the mail might get out of town faster from here due to the location. I think this is the best Post Office in town.

They wont give it out because of all the complaints they would get. That is verbatim from a local carrier I know.
State Department online website. They will ask you after filling out the relevant information to choose the Post Office based on your zip code. If you are renewing as an adult, you can get a passport picture at Costco, print out the renewal form from the State Department website and together with your old passport, mail it it directly to them. No need to involve the post office.
Yes
Yes. This is the only post office in town that have these hours.
No
You have to call or look up USPS on line
Go to your nearest post office, drop them at the side of the counter. No need to even stand in line.
It is by appointment only and only select days of the week (not M-F). Sorry, but I'm not sure what days.
The hours chart shows weekend hours are 9am-11pm, otherwise M-F 8am-11pm.
Postmaster is on duty Mon thru Friday
No. We are closed on major holidays...but the airport USPS is open until 11pm, Sunday through Saturday...
I just received stuff O mailed on May, apparently enough persons do not complain.
Difficult ..the type of service makes it possible....Express or registered mail is easy to capture
Yes. There is a window for customers to mail out their packages or letters in the front.
No, we do not.
