Do they still have the ticket option where you come after 4pm and the next day is free? I can't find it on the website. Unless this is only an available ticket option during the summer?

No they no longer offer that option. We inquired about that offer 2 days ago and were informed it was no longer offered

Yes you can do that and i think it's 3pm not sure on that part but i know if you buy your tickets late they are good for the next day but you'll have to pay to park again
