Patriot Park itself is free. There is a trolley stop there which you can ride if you need it
50 cents to ride around in Pigeon Forge. That's each time you get on it. I always pay $2.50 inside for a wristband and you can ride all day. That includes the ride to the Gatlinburg visitors center which is 75 cents.
Patriot Park is free but if you want a nice shaded walk along the river go to the parking lot for the Island and look for the trees. It has a nice river walk, benches and isnt crowded.... it's free too.
