We did not expect a 2 hour one-way trip for what was advertised as 20 minutes. Plus we waited at least 30 minutes at stops and didn't see one trolley. Incredibly unreliable and don't expect to travel anywhere quickly on the trolley unless you are only going a few stops and happen to get lucky to find one pulling up to your stop. Sitting in traffic would have been more enjoyable.

Worst trip experience EVER! We were on the North Bound bus, and the bus capacity sign stated 38! The driver had us packed in like sardines about double the capacity - how is this even safe? Pigeon Forge Mass Transit put a couple more buses on the route since OMG - this was not a good idea! some of your routes have so few people on the buses! Come on people use your brains the good Lord gave you!

Its inexpensive to take. It gets you where your going but it takes a long time to get anywhere. My mother was in a wheelchair and the lift didn't work so as to let her off at our stop. She was carried off wheel chair and all by the men in the Trolley including the driver. The alternative. Call the fire department.

Really nice, new (as of January 2022) Pigeon Forge Trolly Office. Big new ticket counter for day passes and the bathrooms are MUCH nicer, bright and clean. It's now at the far back corner of the parking lot!!

North trolley and Wear’s Valley trolley goes to the Island. (if on Wear’s Valley tell driver you’re going to Island). As far as I know it doesn’t go to the Rain Forest Adventure.
Absolutely
Yes you can, and it's free
Yes they run up until 9pm. There are usually 3 trolleys per route and come around about every 20 to 25 mins.
I would bring a small fold up type stroller. There is not much storage or isle space on the trolleys.
I was thinking the same thing Definitely need better lighting.
They do have a trolley you can take to Dollywood and for $3 you can ride all day at no extra cost. But you have to get from trolley office
No, it's cash only. However, there's a leatherworking shop just around the corner that has an ATM.
Were you coming from the Parkway or Transfer Lane? You should be able to get there from either direction
Yes they do
For the most part we had great driver's they were very helpful we use the trolley every time we are there can't emanage driving in all that traffic all day one hard job
2.50 but you can get a wristband at the trolley office at patriot park for 3.00 and ride all day
You can go to the City website and see our brochure which shows all of our routes
The Pigeon Forge Trolley runs year round now, and usually has the special trolleys for the festival of lights.
North Parkway.
It can be. You can get an all day arm band for $3.00 and ride and get off and on all day long
That's a question for the Gatlinburg Trolley Office.
The north parkway
No
Yes
Yes you can.
Service animals yes but not sure on anything else
Yes, there is a trolley stop right across the street.
I will find out for you Kim!☺
The Pigeon Forge Trolleys current hours are 10 A.M. to 10 P.M. daily. This schedule will be honored thru January 5, 2019 as Dollywood also closes for the season. There will be limited transit for only the North and South Parkway for January and February .
Yes! Absolutely the Trolley Department is open on New Year's Eve. There is a New Year's Celebration at The Island, and transportation is operating thru the late evening at the Pigeon Forge Trolley Department
You can ride the fun time trolley from Patriot park to the Gatlinburg welcome center and catch the Gatlinburg trolley.
Go to their website, we rate their service, website would be accurate
Yes, directly to Dollywood. It runs about every 15 minutes from Patriot Park.
All trolleys were delayed due to the Rod Run Event. They normally run according to a schedule, but due to the traffic from the event there were considerable delays.
The trolley starts running about an hour before Dollywood opens and runs continuously until the park closes
I would let them know, we are just individuals who rate the service.
Yes it does. I obzerve the trolly at 0915 a d about every hour after.
No high step from ground My sister in law and I had to crawl up first step They needs stools for older peoplr
Yes, But, if your hotel or any place you want to go is on the opposite side of the main drag, you are in for a loooong ride. It stops at every place up and down the road. I'd say an hour to make the loop
I dont know about a scooter, but they will a wheelchair. I would recommend calling them and ask.
Buy a wrist band for a day pass and you can jump on and off all day otherwise it's$1.00 everytime you get on you cam also take one to Gatlinburg and it will also take you to pigeon forge last trolley runs around 11:30 at night .. well worth it
