Considering we don't have one in Chattanooga. This was my favorite restaurant and after eating again after several years its still as amazing as I remembered and taste. Love you Long John Silver's! Come back to Chattanooga!

Great customer service! Dining room was closed due to Covid. The drive thru opened at 11 a.m. We were outside waiting for them to open. Stopping in on our way out of town. The manager saw us and opened up 15 minutes early to take our order. Great friendly people.

I eat there at least three times a week. The store manager is very nice and professional, as is her assistant manager. The rest of the staff are also very nice, but rather a bit more casual. I suspect that the owner is a bit stingy about buying them uniforms as needed, since while clean (at least at the beginning of their shifts) they are looking a bit worn.
We follow the guidelines of both the State of Tennessee and Sevier County. Any Employee who show signs of Covid are not permitted to work. If any employee family members test positive, the employee must quarantine 14 days. Employees are to wear masks and practice more frequent hand washing and sanitizing. Seating is limited and spaced 6 feet apart. Long John Silver's guidelines have us to complete a sanitizing high touch areas checklist every 2 hours.
