Yes. Right from the parking lot walking trails are visible. In fact the entire area is a great place to hike, pick nick, walk, enjoy nature & ride a train! Very peaceful & relaxing area, for sure.
There are trails up the hill away from the trains.
Inside the park there are trails but the train is track only
Not along side the train, no. Tje train ride takes you along side the hills, with great views of the bay. But its only the track. No trails along side it.
